Its specially designed cartridge is ultrasonically sealed meaning it is watertight so absolutely no bodily fluids can pass through or lead to cross contamination unlike other microneedling devices. At each treatment, your practitioner will use a single-use Prescription Kit which contains everything specifically for your treatment only. It includes the Advance Cartridge Unit with the single-use lockout technology, procedure products, aftercare products for you to use as instructed post treatment & also a disposable Bio-Sheath which wraps around the device during your treatment.
The needles in the SkinPen cartridge tip are 14 state of the art Japanese needles. They are sterile, precise, strong, sharp and exactly the same length.
This prevents skin tearing which can be caused by blunt or hooked needles.
