Consultations
A consultation is carried out in the clinic before every appointment however some treatments will require a Skin School session prior to being able to book. This is due to specific patch tests needing to be carried out, pre or post care needing to be followed for the best results or due to the nature of the treatment ensuring it is the correct treatment for your concerns. The following treatments, Chemical Peels, SkinPen, CACI, Alkaline Wash, require a Skin School first.
Other treatments, such as LVL, require a patch test to be completed in clinic 48 hours prior to the treatment. If this hasn’t been completed the treatment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee may be applied. To book a patch test please contact us directly.
In Clinic Skin School

Expert advice to start you on a journey to confidence, empowerment & glowing skin. Have an in-depth, judgement free conversation while learning how to conquer your skin concerns. While in clinic your Skin Practitioner will deliver a mini skin treatment allowing you to experience how the products feel on your skin while allowing us to analyse your skin. You’ll leave filled with knowledge and understanding of your skin. A personalised skin prescription and skin plan will be emailed over to you post session for you to refer back to and as the basis for your skin health journey.

Via video call you will have an opportunity to dive into an in-depth judgement free conversation while learning how to conquer your skin concerns. A personalised skin prescription and skin plan will be emailed over to you post session for you to refer back to and as the basis for your skin health journey.
